LBS 27th Bachfest:  “Bach and Luther: Masters and Servants”

14 October – 10 November 2017

Venues:  St John’s Smith Square, Gresham Centre, St George’s Hanover Square, Wax Chandlers Hall, St. Bartholomew-the-Great West Smithfield, The Temple Church

LBS 6th Bach Singers Prize is announced

The Competition forms part of the annual LBS Bachfest and Entry is now open.

To Clarify: The competition is open to all postgraduate singers, either currently studying at one of the Conservatoires or in continuing study, or at the beginning of a performing career in the age range 21-33 years at 27 October 2017.  

Entry fees can be

  • paid online from the Bach Singers Prize page or
  • by phone using your credit or debit card ( +44 (0) 1883 717372) or
  • by cheque payable to London Bach Society and sent to LBS, 73 High Street, Old Oxted, Surrey RH8 9LN.

In the interests of personal security, please do not send your credit/debit card details by email.

Competition First Round

The First Round will take place on Thursday 19 October, am, pm & eve. Subject to the number of entries received, it may be necessary to continue and allocate First Round entry performances on Friday 20 October, am.
