Reciprocal Marketing Policy

We are receiving an ever-increasing volume of requests to engage in reciprocal marketing for one-off Bach concerts or designated series, festivals and on-going projects, so it will be helpful to Promoters to know about our policy.

We engage in reciprocal marketing when there is a clear benefit to the London Bach Society in terms of profile, impact and presentation to match the profile, impact and presentation we provide in return.   For  their Festivals and Series, we suggest that Promoters would be much better served if they work with the artists and groups who are taking part. We have found this to be a much more effective way to sell tickets and has yielded a tangible return.

Concert Listings: Concert listings in the bi-monthly editions of e-Bach Notes is not a service we provide. Any concerts featured are either our own, part of a reciprocal marketing arrangement or hand-picked/researched to reflect the theme of the edition being published.

Ticket Offers: We are gradually winding down our integrated membership in favour of promoting Bach Friends, our personal donor Gift Aid scheme in the LBS Network of Support. Therefore we are not able to offer special discounted tickets as part of a reciprocal marketing package.
